Español on the line

A Spanish AI receptionist for a medical spa is a desk, not a language pack.

Operators do not lose Spanish-speaking consults because the greeting was in the wrong language. They lose them because the night layer could say “Buenas noches” and still could not hold an injector column, explain a deposit, or write the note the morning floor will honor.

This page is for spa owners whose book includes Spanish-speaking callers — first-time tox, laser packages, memberships, IV. It is not a consumer clinic page. The voice library lives on Voices. The product that has to work is Voice AI.

What Spanish on this desk actually has to carry

Treatment family, not a phrasebook

Botox, filler, laser, body, and IV are different columns and durations in English. They stay different in Spanish. A generic translation that books “una consulta” into the wrong block is a collision the opener has to unwind.

Deposit language that matches policy

If your policy is a card at booking, the Spanish conversation has to say so the same way your coordinator would — not invent a softer promise the morning then contradicts.

Medical pre-qual, then a hard stop

Pregnancy, blood thinners, a recent filler. The Spanish path runs your script and escalates. It does not diagnose. Unhappy-result calls go to a human with the transcript.

The book you already open

A Spanish hold that lands in a sidecar inbox is still a message. Capture is a row on Boulevard, Zenoti, or the Google Calendar the floor trusts.

Lucía and Mariana are configurations, not a switch

Aria Lucía and Aria Mariana are the Spanish voices in the sample library — consult tone and membership tone. They are not Google Translate sitting on an English brain. The menu, the deposit sentence, the provider rules, and the escalation list still have to be written for your suite.

Cloning a coordinator’s Spanish from a sixty-second sample is available when the brand should sound like a person the floor already trusts. The clone does not invent clinical judgment. Same hard stops as English.

Hear the set on the voice library. Configure it on a walkthrough, not from a marketing page.

Aria no diagnostica.

If Spanish consults already call, the book has to move in Spanish too.

Thirty minutes. Your menu, your columns, the language the floor actually speaks.
